1. In a mixer, add the egg whites, 4 tablespoons of sugar and the salt and beat until stiff. Set aside.
2. Separately, in a mixer, beat the egg yolks, Delícia Supreme, sugar and vanilla essence until light.
3. Gradually, while mixing, add the wheat flour and then, gently, the egg whites beaten to a stiff peak.
4. Place the dough in a round mold, greased with Delícia Supreme and sprinkled with wheat flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
5. Cut the cake into thin discs, fill with the dulce de leche and cover the entire surface and sides of the cake with icing sugar. Serve.
