Creamy Delight 100 g
Sweet potatoes, medium 4 pcs
Parsley leaves 20 g
Fresh oregano 15 g
Fresh basil 20 g
Salt as much as needed
1. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them diagonally.
2. In a pan of boiling salted water, cook the potatoes over a high heat for about 5 minutes or until they are cooked but the core is still hard.
3. Remove from the water and set aside. Sanitize and roughly chop the herbs.
4. In a bowl, mix them with the Delicia Creamy Margarine.
5. Place the potatoes side by side in a baking dish or refractory dish and place small portions of the margarine and herbs on top of each one.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 150ºC for about 20 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
