Delícia Cremosa 100 g
Wheat flour 240 g
Warm milk 125 ml
Dry biological yeast 5 g
Sugar 3.5 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Cooked sweet potato 1 pcs
Salt 10 g
Wheat flour for flouring
Delícia cremosa margarine with salt for greasing
Yolk for brushing 1 pcs
White cheese, sliced 300 g
Sliced peeled and seeded tomatoes 2 p
Sliced onion 1 p
Chopped parsley 10 g
Canned corn, drained 200 g
Salt as much as needed
Oregano 2 g
1. Place the milk, yeast and sugar in the bowl of the mixer and mix the ingredients together with the whisk.
2. Turn on the mixer, add the eggs, Delícia Cremosa margarine, sweet potato and beat until well mixed.
3. Gradually add the salt and wheat flour and, at high speed, beat until the dough is smooth and dry.
4. Turn off the mixer, cover the dough with a cloth and leave to rise for about 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape on a flat, floured table.
6. Distribute the filling towards the center, sprinkle salt and oregano and close the dough by rolling it up like a roulade.
7. Cut into slices 2 fingers thick and place them, side by side, in 2 round molds with a diameter of 18 cm, greased with Delícia Cremosa margarine and sprinkled with wheat flour.
8. Cover them with a cloth, let them rise for about 30 minutes, brush the surfaces with egg yolk and bake them in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes or until the surfaces are golden brown.
