Spanish Potato Omelette

Ingredients

Creamy Delight 36 g
Small onion, chopped 1 pc
Potatoes, peeled and finely chopped 225 g
Beaten eggs 6 pcs
Milk 37 g
Salt 10 g
Regret pepper as much as needed

.

Preparation Method

1. Melt the Delícia Cremosa margarine in a heated frying pan.
2. Add the onion and potatoes and cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until they are soft.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk, salt and pepper and add to the potato mixture.
4. Heat the same frying pan greased with Delícia Cremosa margarine.
5. Ladle ¼ of the potato and egg mixture into the pan and cook over a medium heat, covered, for about 8 minutes or until almost completely cooked through.
6. Place a plate over the pan, turn it over and let the omelette slide back into the pan.
7. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes, fold over and set aside warm.
8. Repeat the operation until all the mixture has been cooked.
9. Serve with meat or a salad of fresh leaves.
