2 tablespoons of Soya Soya Oil (30ml)
500g ground duckling
1 chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
½ cup chopped green olives (55g)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
¼ bunch chopped parsley
1 packet of pastry dough (500g)
1 bottle of Soya Soya Oil for frying
For finishing
Refined sugar to taste
In a frying pan with very hot oil, brown the ground beef.
In the same frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic.
Return the meat to the sauté and add the olives, adjust the salt and pepper.
Finish with parsley.
Cut the pastry dough with a 10 cm diameter rim.
Fill the pastries and fry in Soya Soy Oil at 170°C.
Finishing
Glaze the pastries in sugar.
