Delícia Supreme Light 24 g
Sautéed and cooked rice 500 g
Chopped white cheese 100 g
Cooked and chopped spinach 50 g
Cooked and shredded chicken breast 80 g
Green olives, chopped 22 g
Light cream 200 g
Salt 5 g
Finger pepper chopped 3 g
Nutmeg 1 pinch(s)
Salsa and chives as much as needed
Grated mozzarella 100 g
Gargarine for greasing
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, except the rice.
2. In a baking dish (16 x 23cm) greased with margarine, place half the rice and cover with half the filling
3. Make another layer of rice and finish with the filling and cover with the mozzarella
4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until hot and golden brown
5. Serve afterwards.
TIP
Try sprinkling with grated Parmesan cheese before baking
