Delícia Supreme 48 g
Skinless chicken breasts, boneless and trimmed 2 pcs
Chicken broth 1 sachet(s)
Wheat flour 30 g
Gritted stale bread crumbs 90 g
Lemon juice 45 ml
Dry white wine 60 ml
Hot water 60 ml
Chopped green olives 60 g
Salt and white pepper as much as needed
1. Place the chicken breasts in a plastic bag and seal it tightly.
2. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, flatten the breasts until they are half their height.
3. Remove them from the plastic bag, sprinkle them on both sides with the chicken stock and set aside.
4. Mix the wheat and bread flours on a plate, coat the fillets in the mixture and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
5. Melt the Delícia Supreme margarine in a large frying pan over medium heat.
6. Place the chicken breasts in the pan and brown for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
7. Remove, transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
8. In the same pan, add the lemon juice, white wine, olives, pepper, salt if necessary and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
9. Serve the chicken breasts with the olive sauce on top, accompanied by vegetables cooked al dente in salted water.
Tip
If you wish, coat the vegetables in a little heated Delícia Supreme margarine.
