Frittata de Pepperoni and Queijo

Ingredients

Delícia Supreme 30 g
Eggs 8 pcs
Sliced pepperoni 60 g
White cheese or grated ricotta 250 g
Sliced cherry tomatoes 10 pcs
Chives 20 g
Salt and pepper as much as needed

.

Preparation Method

1. Place the eggs, 2/3 of the cheese and the spring onions in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
2. Season with pepper and salt.
3. Heat a Teflon-coated frying pan, add Delícia Supreme and the beaten eggs, arrange the pepperoni slices and fry over medium heat, gently pushing the liquid from the sides to the center.
4. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Cut the tomatoes in half or quarters and arrange them on top of the omelette.
6. Sprinkle the white cheese on top, cover the pan and fry for another 5 to 8 minutes or until the omelette is soft and firm. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
