400g of desalted, pre-cooked dried meat cut into cubes
3 tablespoons of Soya Soya Oil (45ml)
1 chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 chopped seedless tomatoes
1 teaspoon paprika (5g)
500g of spaghetti n°7
Juice of 1 orange
1 cup of water (250ml)
½ bunch of green pepper
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fry the dried meat in Soya Oil Soya.
In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic and tomatoes.
Add the paprika and the spaghetti broken in half.
Fry the noodles for a few minutes.
Add the orange juice and ½ cup of the water and let it dry.
Put in the rest of the water and finish cooking the noodles.
Season with salt, black pepper and finish with chopped green smell.
