Delícia Supreme Light 12 g
Skimmed milk 100 ml
Cornstarch 8 g
Sweetened chocolate, chopped 100 g
Light cream 200 g
Vanilla essence 5 ml
1. In a saucepan, cook the milk with the starch until it thickens
2. Off the heat, add the chocolate and mix well until completely melted
3. Add the margarine, cream and essence and mix well.
4. Pour into jars or dessert bowls and refrigerate until cold.
5. Garnish with zest and serve chilled.
TIP
If you prefer, add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the milk
