Ingredients

120g bacon cut into small cubes

¼ cup of Soya Sunflower Oil (60 ml)

1 onion cut into small cubes

4 cloves of chopped garlic

5 cups coarse cornflakes (300 g)

1/3 cup sliced green olives (70 g)

2 chopped hard-boiled eggs

½ cup raisins (80 g)

¼ cup chopped Brazil nuts (70 g)

1/3 cup chopped apricots (90 g)

¼ cup walnuts (50 g)

Thyme to taste

Chopped parsley to taste

Preparation Method

In a pan, fry the bacon with the Soya Sunflower Oil. Add the onion in small cubes and sauté over medium heat until translucent. Add the garlic and let it brown. Gradually sprinkle in the corn flour and fry for a few minutes.

Finishing:

Turn off the heat and add the olives, hard-boiled eggs, raisins, Brazil nuts, apricots, walnuts, thyme and parsley. Mix well and serve.
