Ingredients

  • 1 galeto descongelado (700 g)
  • Sal a gosto
  • Pimenta do reino a gosto
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya (30 ml)
  • 1 e ½ colher (sopa) de páprica doce (8 g)
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar mascavo (15 g)
  • 2 dentes de alho ralado
  • 2 ramos de alecrim
  • 2 ramos de tomilho

Finalização

  • ½ xícara (chá) de Óleo de Soja Soya (125 ml)

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Mix the oil, paprika, sugar, garlic and herbs in a bowl. Brush this mixture on the chicken and leave to stand for 40 minutes.

In a frying pan, heat the oil to 160°C and sear all sides of the chicken until evenly browned.

Tips: If you need to adjust the point of the bird, finish roasting it in an oven preheated to 200°C for approximately 30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 75°C.
