Ingredients

Para a marinada

  • 1 e ½ xícaras (chá) de leite integral (375ml)
  • ½ colher (sopa) de páprica picante (4g)
  • 1 limão espremido
  • ½ colher (sopa) de sal (9g)
  • Pimenta-do-reino a gosto
  • 2 dentes de alho ralados
  • 2 sobrecoxas de frango desossadas e sem pele

Para fritar

  • 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo (120g)
  • Sal a gosto
  • Pimenta-do-reino a gosto
  • 1 garrafa de Óleo de Soja Soya

Para o molho

  • 2 colheres (sopa) de cream cheese (60g)
  • 1 colher (chá) de mostarda (5g)
  • 1 colher (sopa) de ketchup (12g)
  • Molho de pimenta a gosto
  • 1 colher (chá) de água de picles (4g)

Para montagem

  • 2 unidades de picles (40g)
  • 2 pães de hambúrguer

Preparation Method

For the marinade

  1. Put the milk, paprika, lemon, salt, black pepper, garlic and chicken in a bowl
  2. .
  1. Marinate for at least 1 hour
  2. .

To fry

  1. Season the wheat flour with salt and black pepper and bread the chicken, without removing the excess marinade.

  1. Fry in oil preheated to 160 °C until golden brown.

For the sauce

  1. Gather all the sauce ingredients in a small container and mix until you have a sauce
  2. .

To assemble

  1. Cut the pickles into slices
  2. .
  1. Seal the bread in a frying pan with a drizzle of Soya Soya Oil
  2. .
  1. Spread the sauce on the bread, add the pickles and the fried chicken.
  2. .

Tips: add small drops of the marinade to the wheat flour. This will leave the flour with little lumps that will make the chicken crispier.

The marinade can be added to the flour.
