Bruscheta Napolitana

Ingredients

Delícia Supreme Light 130 g
Concentrated tomato extract 130 g
Sliced Italian bread 500 g
Tomatoes 300 g
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese 500 g
Enough fresh basil

Preparation Method

1. Place the Delicia Supreme Light Margarine and tomato extract in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.
2. Wash and dice the tomatoes, remove the seeds and set aside in a sieve.
3. Grate the Parmesan on a coarse grater and set aside.
4. Spread a generous amount of margarine paste on each slice of bread, place the tomatoes on top and sprinkle with a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Place the bruschetta on baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 10 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
