Ingredients

Para o brigadeiro

  • 2 latas de leite condensado (790g)
  • 4 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó (40g)
  • 1 unidade de creme de leite UHT (200ml)
  • 1 colher (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya para untar as mãos (15ml)

Para a massa:

  • 1 ovo
  • 2/3 xícara (chá) de leite integral (165ml)
  • 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar (100g)
  • 1 e ½ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo (195g)
  • 1 colher (chá) de fermento químico em pó (5g)

Para finalizar:

  • Meia embalagem de Óleo de Soja Soya (450ml)
  • ½ xícara (chá) de açúcar (100g)
  • ½ colher (chá) de canela em pó (3g)

Preparation Method

For the brigadeiro:

  1. In a saucepan mix all the ingredients except the oil

  1. Bring to the boil and cook until curled

  1. Cool and grease your hand with oil and make 15g balls

For the dough:

  1. Mix the egg, milk, sugar, a cup of flour and yeast until you get a creamy dough.
  1. Add a tablespoon of flour at a time to adjust the texture of the dough, which should be soft but not liquid.

  1. Dip the brigadeiro sticks in the batter, tapping off the excess, and fry until golden brown

Tips: If you notice that they are browning quickly, turn down the heat a little to control the temperature.
