Delícia Supreme 24 g
Condensed milk 395 g
Chocolate powder 12 g
Large chopped strawberries 8 pcs
Mango (medium) haden, peeled and chopped 1/2 pcs
Small bunch of pitted green grapes, chopped 1 pcs
Marijuana for flambéing 15 ml
1. In a saucepan, bring the condensed milk, chocolate powder and Delícia Supreme Margarine to a boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
2. In a well-heated non-stick frying pan, lightly sauté the fruit just to seal it.
3. Add the cognac and let dry for seconds.
4. The fruit should not cook, just dry out slightly.
5. Remove from the heat and transfer to a plate to cool more quickly.
6. Place a layer of brigadeiro in a glass bowl(s) moistened with cold water, another layer of fruit and another layer of brigadeiro on top.
7. Decorate with chocolate and strawberries.
