1 dente de alho picado
1/2 xícara (chá) de cebola picada
3 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Canola Soya
1 bandeja de tomates-cereja cortados em quatro
1/2 cubo de caldo de galinha
1/2 colher (sopa) de tempero pronto completo sem pimenta
1/3 de xícara (chá) de presunto picado
1/3 de xícara (chá) de salame picado
1/3 de xícara (chá) de mortadela picada
1/3 de xícara (chá) de queijo branco picado
3 colheres (sopa) de salsa picada
6 ovos
1/2 colher (sopa) de fermento químico em pó
1/4 de xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
1/2 xícara (chá) de Maionese Soya Caseira

In a pan with Soya Canola Oil hot, brown the garlic and wilt the onion. Add the tomatoes, the chicken stock, the all-purpose seasoning without pepper, mix well and remove from the heat. Add the cold cuts, white cheese, parsley, mix and set aside. In a mixer, take the eggs and the Homemade Soya Mayonnaise, and beat until stiff. Turn off the mixer, add the wheat flour and mix. Add the yeast and mix again, gently. In a baking dish greased with Soya Canola Oil, pour in half the beaten egg, then the stew and finally the rest of the beaten egg. Top with grated Parmesan cheese to taste and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
