½ cup wheat flour (65 g)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 small whole brie cheese (135 g)
1 egg
½ cup panko flour (50 g)
900 ml of Soya Oil Soya
2 tablespoons of red fruit jam (90 g)
Season the wheat flour with salt and black pepper.
Put the brie in the seasoned flour, coating it completely. Then dip it in the lightly beaten egg.
Repeat the process and finally roll in the panko flour, pressing gently to make sure it is even.
Heat the brie in the oven.
Heat the Soya Soya Oil to 160 °C. Add the cheese, lower the heat and fry for about 12 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oil.
Remove from the oil and place on a wire rack or paper towel, so as not to lose the crunch.
Serve with the jam.
Tips:
- Keep the temperature of the oil controlled so that the cheese melts completely inside.
Avoid the use of oil.
- Avoid using canned cheeses - when frying, they may not melt properly.
