7 tablespoons of Soya Soya Oil
5 cloves of crushed garlic
1 large onion cut into strips
200 g of sliced ham cut into strips
1 cup of sliced green or black olives
2 large eggs
800 g of cod in chips, desalted and boiled
2 cups of straw potatoes
Pickled parsley to taste
Cod: Heat the Soya Soya Oil in a large, deep frying pan. Fry the garlic and then the onion until transparent. While stirring, add the ham and cook for 2 minutes. Add the olives and then the cod chips, stirring for another 2 minutes. Beat the eggs and add them to the cod stew, stirring for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the straw potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley to taste.
