Appetizer sausages

Ingredients

720 g de salsichas

5 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya

3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo

2 colheres (sobremesa) de sal

1/2 ovo

1 colher (sopa) de cachaça

1 colher (sobremesa) de vinagre

1/2 xícara (chá) de água

Farinha de trigo para polvilhar

Preparation Method

Sausage: cut the sausages into 4 cm long pieces and set aside.
Dough: mix the other ingredients in a bowl. Place the dough on a table covered with a little flour and knead until it is smooth and soft. Use a rolling pin to roll it out.
Assembly: Cut the dough into rectangles 2.5 x 6 cm wide. Roll them around each sausage. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and greased with Soya Soya Oil, in the shape of crowns, sticking one dough to the other. Finish by making a bow with the dough and brushing with Soya Soya Oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with mayonnaise, mustard and herb sauce.
